Job Description:A client of ours is seeking an ERP Developer/Analyst to join their IT ERP team. This role combines technical expertise with business knowledge to support, develop, and maintain enterprise applications, with a primary focus on Oracle People Soft. The position provides hands‑on experience in application development, enhancements, reporting, upgrades, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure system functionality aligns with organizational needs.
This is a hybrid role, with the expectation to work onsite at least two days per week.
- Bachelor’s degree in ERP, Application Design, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of business application experience with Oracle People Soft HCM modules.
- Minimum 3 years of technical experience with Oracle People Tools and related frameworks.
- Oracle / People Soft certifications preferred but not required.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with MS SQL and MS Office preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of HR business functions is a plus.
