We’re looking for a motivated self-starter who’s passionate about marketing and social media to support our family of brands across real estate, lending, consulting, and lifestyle ventures. As our Marketing & Social Media Assistant, you’ll play a key role in growing brand awareness and engagement across multiple companies. You’ll strategize, create, and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms — developing visuals and copy, scheduling posts, running ads, and tracking performance results.
You’ll collaborate closely with our leadership team to ensure each brand’s voice and vision shine through every campaign. We’re looking for a creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, business-minded environment and loves seeing ideas come to life. We offer a fun, collaborative, and growth‑oriented workplace. This is a part‑time, 30‑hour‑per‑week position with a flexible hybrid schedule — in office two days per week.

- Keep company messages concise and consistent in accordance with our brand
- Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current
- Prepare signage and events for new community launches that will entice potential buyers
- Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media
- Create, deliver and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience required
- Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions
- Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive, upbeat attitude
- Expert in forward design concepts
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing, ad agency, or creative brand environment (real estate or lifestyle industry experience a plus)
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
, or equivalent hands‑on experience - Strong understanding of branding, design, and social media strategy across multiple platforms
- Innovative mindset — open to fresh ideas, collaboration, and creative problem‑solving
- Excellent communication and organization skills with a positive, professional, and team‑oriented attitude
- Proficient with Canva, Adobe, or similar design tools and comfortable working with forward‑thinking visual concepts
$18 hourly
