Registered Nurse RN – $7,500 Sign‑On Bonus – All Shifts

Location: Munster, IN
Sign‑On Bonus: $7,500

To provide high‑quality nursing care and treatment to residents under the direction of the Director of Nursing, in accordance with facility policies, nursing standards, and state regulations.

• Administer and manage resident care following nursing policies and procedures
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants
• Monitor and document resident condition and care accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Participate in inspections and staff training
• Maintain compliance with all facility policies and state/federal guidelines
• Uphold a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and their families

• Must hold a valid Indiana RN license in good standing

• No experience required – On‑the‑job training provided

• Strong decision‑making and communication skills
• Patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices
• Ability to work with individuals of varying maturity and emotional states

• Able to move and stand intermittently throughout the workday
• Able to lift residents and equipment when needed
• Must be in good general health with emotional resilience

• Active nursing environment (resident rooms, dining, activity areas, etc.)
• Frequent interaction with residents, staff, families, and outside personnel
• Exposure to infectious diseases and potentially hazardous substances
• Rotating weekends, holidays, and occasional call‑backs during emergencies
