Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be a positive team player with a flexible schedule, a passion to work in the fast‑paced McDonald’s environment, and at least 18 years old.
