Sales Executive – Hybrid Field & Office Role

Mid‑Senior level Field Sales Executive at City Wide Facility Solutions. Hybrid schedule; 3‑4 office mornings @ Frankfort, IL. 40% outbound calling, 35% client visits.

Compensation & OTE
  • Base: $75,000 / yr
  • Unlimited commission & performance bonuses (earning examples shared during interview)
  • Target OTE: $100 k + commission

Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, close new commercial facility contracts.
  • Execute strategic territory plans to maximize daily activity and build long‑term client base.
  • Partner with operations to deliver client success and drive recurring growth.
  • Maintain CRM discipline, AI‑enabled prospecting tools, and daily/weekly performance standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3‑5 years successful B2B outside or hybrid sales experience with full‑cycle responsibility.
  • Competitive athletic mindset – self‑motivated team player who thrives on winning.
  • Tech‑savvy; organized with MS Dynamics 365 or other CRM and digital sales tools.
  • Energetic, coach‑ready, driven to build a six‑figure career through honesty, consistency and execution.
