Role location
:
Munster region, Ireland. This role is fully remote, while being associated with our customer center in Dublin, Ireland.

Overview

Atlas Copco has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in the Munster region. Your mission is to grow and develop our Industrial Air business in Ireland, building strong customer relationships and driving market leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Developing new markets and sales channels.
  • Preparing proposals and product presentations.
  • Delivering customer success from solution design to handover.
  • Visiting customers, conducting site surveys, and providing technical advice.
  • Supporting sales through demonstrations, exhibitions, and negotiations.
  • Ensuring excellent after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
  • Recording sales activity and supporting national business growth.

Around 60% of your time will be spent in the field, building relationships and identifying opportunities.

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, ideally within the Compressor and Air Treatment industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to question, challenge, and seek better solutions.
  • A positive, proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • Genuine interest in understanding customer needs, with excellent questioning and listening skills.
  • Ability to manage workload effectively, ensuring customer requests are prioritised and resolved on time.
  • Accountability for both successes and setbacks, viewing challenges as opportunities to learn and improve.
  • Commitment to continuous learning, actively broadening knowledge, practicing new skills, and applying them on the job.
  • Self-awareness and openness to feedback, using it to adapt and grow.
