• Process vendor invoices and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage payroll processing for various clients.
• Prepare and submit customer billings.
• Conduct bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Perform additional accounting tasks as needed to support clients.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or a degree in accounting.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting processes and best practices.
• Proficient in Quick Books with at least 3 years of hands-on experience.
• Ability to work in-person at multiple client locations across different industries.
• Experience in construction accounting is a strong plus.

• Compensation:
  Compensation is dependent upon experience and ranges from $27.50-30/hr.
• Flexible Scheduling:
  Employees in this role can choose their own schedule and client load based on their needs. Hours for this role typically range between 15-30 per week with 2-5 clients.

• Authorized or able to provide required documents to work in United States.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
