$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to recruit and hire a full-time Senior Accountant for their corporate office located in Dekalb County, TN (35 miles from Murfreesboro).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, review, and approve AP/AR, reconciliations, journal entries, and other financial records
• Prepare financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) and submit monthly/quarterly/annual reporting
• Monitor fixed asset transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and upgrades
• Conduct periodic audits, physical inventories, and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with regulations, internal controls, and GAAP
• Manage write-offs, calculate, and record depreciation expenses
• Assist with annual tax filings
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Support other general accounting functions as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax depreciation rules
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
