Join SRM Concrete’s finance team as a Staff Accountant. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a dynamic professional who can manage day‑to‑day accounting activities and support external audits.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations and assist with month‑end close procedures.
• Assist with preparation for audits and quarterly reporting requirements.
• Use strong analytical abilities to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to senior management.
• Analyze current business workflows and identify productivity improvements.
• Communicate effectively with accuracy, organization, and the ability to thrive in a high‑volume dynamic environment.
• Collaborate on projects and provide training to accounting staff as needed.
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Perform full‑cycle accounting functions.
• Prioritize and balance multiple job duties.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 2+ years of public accounting or private sector experience.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Quick Books, Concur, and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of general financial and cost accounting.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High proficiency with accounting software.
• Understanding of and ability to adhere to GAAP.
