Overview
Pay Rate: $14.00 to $16.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time
Ameri Care Services, Inc. is looking to add a Full Time Customer Service Account Representative for our office located in Murfreesboro. We offer a $500 signing bonus. Salary – $14.00 to $16.00 per hour depending on experience, plus bonus potential for full-time employees.
Responsibilities- Handle high call volume and interact with customers over the phone.
- Call and schedule current customers for service.
- Provide strong customer service in a busy office environment.
- Strong customer service experience; previous call center experience is preferred.
- Must be able to handle high call volume and possess basic computer skills.
- Detail oriented and comfortable working directly with customers over the phone.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
