You'll be the first person customers talk to. Answer phones, walk people through their options at the counter, give honest quotes, and keep the booking calendar full. If you genuinely enjoy talking to people and helping them pick the right thing - not pushing the priciest one - this job is for you. We'll teach you the products.
Front desk & sales- Greet walk-in customers and answer phone calls, texts, and online quote requests
- Run customer consultations and explain tint, PPF, and ceramic coating options in plain language
- Give honest, accurate quotes and follow up on open estimates
- Explain Tennessee tint laws so customers pick a legal shade
- Schedule appointments and keep the shop calendar organized
- Check vehicles in and out and take payments
- 18 years or older
- You enjoy talking to people - friendly and clear in person and on the phone
- Organized, reliable, and on time
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Willing to learn - experience is a plus, not required
- Customer service, sales, or front-desk experience
- Automotive or car-audio / accessories background
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m.
- 5:00 p.m.
