Tool & Die Supervisor

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Tool & Die Supervisor in the Murfreesboro, TN area.

• Supervise tooling personnel, assign work, and monitor progress
• Lead troubleshooting, corrective actions, and long-term solutions for die issues
• Manage tooling spare parts, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
• Apply knowledge of materials, coatings, and heat treatment to improve die durability
• Coordinate priorities with production and engineering teams
• Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance tooling performance and shop organization
• Enforce safety standards, mentor toolmakers, and develop team skills
• Track tooling performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics

• Associate’s/Technical degree or higher
• 7 years of experience in tool & die, maintenance, engineering, or similar
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

$65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
