Manufacturing Engineer
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Tool & Die Supervisor in the Murfreesboro, TN area.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise tooling personnel, assign work, and monitor progress
- Lead troubleshooting, corrective actions, and long-term solutions for die issues
- Manage tooling spare parts, drawings, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility
- Apply knowledge of materials, coatings, and heat treatment to improve die durability
- Coordinate priorities with production and engineering teams
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance tooling performance and shop organization
- Enforce safety standards, mentor toolmakers, and develop team skills
- Track tooling performance, downtime, and maintenance metrics
- Associate’s/Technical degree or higher
- 7 years of experience in tool & die, maintenance, engineering, or similar
- 2 years of leadership experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
$65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
