Overview
Chemistry (Analytical), Tenure-Track Faculty role in the Department of Chemistry at Middle Tennessee State University. The position is full-time with a start date of August 1, 2026, at the rank of assistant or associate professor. ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and effective teacher and is expected to develop an externally funded, nationally recognized research program involving undergraduates, master's students, and students from interdisciplinary doctoral programs. Applicants whose proposed research area and experience complement existing department programs are particularly encouraged to apply.
QualificationsRequired
Education:
A terminal degree in chemistry or a closely related field by the appointment date. Other desirables: applicants with postdoctoral experience will receive special consideration.
