Alpha is reimagining education and seeking a visionary leader to unlock new opportunities for our students. This role offers autonomy and resources to elevate our advanced learning model grounded in learning science and adaptive technology.

• Develop and train a team of Guides to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional quality and consistency.
• Build Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, engaging learning activities, and solutions to common challenges.
• Deliver consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
• Personally mentor a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.

• Creating lesson plans – Guides support students through adaptive applications; focus on training them to become outstanding facilitators.
• Compromising standards – uphold a passing threshold of 100%.
• Conducting dull training sessions – develop Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential learning.

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related fields.
• Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities with ability to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Prior experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
• Skilled in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement.

  Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ.
• Authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
