- Developing Guide Playbooks that outline facilitation best practices, design of engaging learning activities, and strategies for overcoming obstacles.
- Delivering consistent, actionable feedback to Guides that enhances student engagement and outcomes.
- Personally mentoring a small student cohort, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational techniques.
- Creating lesson plans – your Guides support student learning through adaptive applications; your focus remains on developing them as exceptional facilitators.
- Compromising standards – when our passing threshold is 100%, maintaining that benchmark is your responsibility.
- Conducting uninspiring training – you will coach Guides through dynamic, energetic, experiential development sessions.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or related areas.
- Proven track record developing and executing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, manage, and inspire high‑performing teams.
- Experience engaging with youth (ages 5‑18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging metrics to inform decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.
- Availability to work on‑site in Atlanta, GA;
Las Vegas, NV;
Nashville, TN;
Park City (Salt Lake City), UT; or Spotswood, NJ. - Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship required.
