Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Process Engineer for their plant located in the Murfreesboro area.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Design and modify tooling, fixtures, and equipment to support production goals
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action for production issues
- Implement lean manufacturing initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, standard work, etc.)
- Support new product introductions and engineering changes
- Develop and maintain process documentation (work instructions, PFMEA, control plans)
- Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive corrective actions as needed
- 3+ years of relevant engineering experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or similar
- Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
- Base salary in the 70k-90k range
