We are working with a trusted client of ours to find their next Senior Financial Analyst. The role is fully onsite in Rutherford County, TN and focuses on financial analysis, asset management, and business development support.
Salary:
Up to $100,000 + bonus.

- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Perform pro‑forma calculations and financial modeling for covenant compliance
- Conduct competitive and market analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Assist with asset management reporting and portfolio trend reviews
- Support internal audits and special projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Yardi, Intaact, Workiva)
