My client, a publicly traded real estate company for over 25 years, is adding an Investment Analyst to support growth. The company has tenured employees and great benefits, including 100% employer paid family insurance and 401k match. Salary goes up to $85,000 + bonus. This is a permanent direct hire and is fully remote.

Overview:

This role will help identify and evaluate potential growth opportunities and turn market and company data into useful investment insights.

Key Responsibilities of the Investment Analyst:

• The Investment Analyst will analyze investment opportunities through financial analysis, market research, and due diligence.
• Prepare investment summaries, company profiles, and materials for internal decision-making.
• Research industry trends, transactions, and potential partners within the senior housing sector.
• Track business development activity and maintain accurate pipeline data.
• Leverage AI, Excel, and data tools to improve research, reporting, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications of the Investment Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance, real estate, investment research, consulting, or business development.
• Experience with financial modeling, underwriting, CRM systems, or investment databases.
• Familiarity with AI tools, data analytics, and workflow automation.
