Company mission and culture: In 2009 Johnson Audiology opened its doors with a resolute goal: to build a thriving private audiology practice that was so friendly, caring, and professional that patients would invite us to be—not their provider for the moment—but a lifelong partner on their healthy hearing journey with a continuum of care that would span years. • assembling a stellar, cohesive team of 40 committed professionals, including doctors of audiology, audiology assistants and patient care coordinators
• expanding the practice to include five offices, strategically placed in strong, flourishing communities with vibrant economies
• creating physical office space that is warm and inviting for patients and staff and that is well‑appointed with advanced audio logic equipment, including Verifit Audio Scan and Hear Vu as well as a soundbooth with state‑of‑the‑art GSI Audio Star Pro audiometer and GSI 39 Auto Tymp.
• working with all six of the major hearing aid manufacturers and several cochlear implants manufacturers
• contracting with more than 85 insurance companies and hearing care programs and offering financing options and a robust private pay program to get every patient the amplification they need
• launching a 501c3, non‑profit arm to offer hearing technology to those in financial need
• expanding services across the practice to include not only basic audio logic diagnostics and care, but cochlear implant services, tinnitus and hyperacusis testing and treatment.

• Provide audio logic diagnostics and care, including cochlear implant services, tinnitus and hyperacusis testing and treatment.
• Collaborate with the team of audiologists, billing and insurance staff to support office operations.
• Partner with marketing to promote the Murfreesboro office.
• Grow the patient base and reputation of the location.
