PRN FLOAT PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT or NURSE PRACTITIONER
Sport Ortho is currently seeking a highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude. Within the Sport Ortho model, our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care including on-site medical imaging, regenerative medicine, manual therapy, sports medicine, and physical therapy services.
Medical Specialties- Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- PA or NP Tennessee State License
- NCCPA or AANP Board Certification
- Active DEA License
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- 1 year as an APP in Orthopedics or Urgent Care Clinic (Required)
