• Cover any aspect of the business office necessary, including scheduling, insurance verification, financial counseling, patient calls, chart building, and payment posting.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, high‑volume workflow while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Minimum of 1 year of hospital or medical office experience.
• Strong verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Excellent multi‑tasking abilities.
• Proficiency with medical terminology.
• Excellent phone etiquette and exceptional customer‑service skills.
