The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for the documentation, control, fill-levels and organization of the Tool Crib. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

• Generates purchase requisitions for all equipment spare parts and MRP supplies.
• Sets-up new spare parts in SAP system and establishes stock locations.
• Maintains spare part "sign-out" register to identify inventory that has been issued.
• Establishes minimum and maximum inventory levels to achieve budgeted targets.
• Unloads and stocks all deliveries and completes receiving procedures.
• Maintains organization, orderliness and cleanliness of the stock areas in all crib locations.
• Returns all incorrect deliveries and tool/part repairs.
• Adjusts inventory levels in SAP system.
• Audits and expedites overdue or hot parts as required.
• Identifies local sourcing of hard-to-get or expensive repair parts.
• Compiles usage reports to identify high or unusual part issues.
• Loads all equipment into SAP system.
• Manages all equipment PM's by loading them into SAP system.
• Establishes and maintains complete history files of all equipment.
• Tags all spare parts with stock item number to assist maintenance technicians with identification.
• Applies asset numbers to machinery and equipment.
• Receives all non-inventory MRO items and service.
• Performs other typical clerical duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.

Overtime is a requirement for the position.

Education and/or experience:
High school diploma Minimum of 3 years of experience Problem solving skills Good attendance record Good written and verbal communications skills Basic computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office SAP experience a plus
