the ideal gm candidate has 5-10 years of sign & graphic experience, namely in all areas of sales, project coordination, administration, production and installation. They are the senior leader on site, and they have the ability to build the local team to achieve the annual objectives of the business. They not only have knowledge of the available skills sets required, but they also know of people that they can count on to work with them.

They know local and national venders and supply partners to ensure that customer projects get completed with the highest degree of customer service and quality workmanship.
