Position Title: Machine Operators-2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay Rate: $19.78/hr - $27.86/hr

Retention Bonus: $500 after 1 year, additional lump sum after 2 years

Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (3pm-11:00pm & 11:00pm-7:00am)

The Job You Will Perform:

• Follow all safety rules and regulations
• Operate Power Industrial Trucks
• Move or lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Maintain production or work records
• Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications
• Clean rooms or work areas
• Adjust production equipment/machinery setup
• Monitor production machinery/equipment operation to detect problems
• Sort manufacturing materials or products
• Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products
• Measure, weigh, or count products or materials
• Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting
• Signal directions or warnings to coworkers
• Read and perform tape measurements
• Available to work holidays, weekends, and overtime

The Skills You Will Bring:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Ability to read and perform tape measurements
• Previous Industrial/Manufacturing or other labor-intensive work experience is preferred
• Good attendance record
• Ability and aptitude to progress to the top job in each department line of progression
• Successfully complete pre-employment screenings including assessment tests, background investigation, drug screen, reference checks, and employment and education verifications
