Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining those who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Two years of prior supervisory experience.
• Full‑time; schedule may vary based on event schedule.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
