Production Planner - Integrated Planning; Bedford, MA)

Execute end-to-end production planning and scheduling under the direction of the Supply Chain Program Manager, developing feasible Master Production (MPS) and Detailed Production Schedules (DPS) aligned with capacity strategies and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments. Coordinate buffer and supermarket inventory using Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) to ensure material availability, reliable production flow, and on-time customer delivery.

• Coordinates planning-related master data management closely with Enterprise Information Management (EIM), ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
• Generates realistic and achievable Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS), complemented by a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) developed with Operational Buyers for efficient material procurement.
• Issues production schedules to the shop floor and conducts regular planning meetings with Production/Operations Management to synchronize activities and address any concerns.
• Initiates improvements to planning processes and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging expertise in various planning methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.
• Releases and manages production order and material-related issues promptly, utilizing negotiation skills and technical understanding to facilitate effective resolutions.

• Acquired 4+ years of experience with a vocational education in areas such as industrial, manufacturing, production engineering or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Manufacturing principles, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, materials requirements planning, cost-benefit analysis, master data management, supply chain management and business acumen skills.
• Physical, cognitive and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

Philips Transparency Details:
The pay range for this position in MA is $79,000 - $124,000. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.

This is an onsite role. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Bedford, MA. Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.
