PositionNHC Health Care Murfreesboro is hiring an RN or LPN FULL TIME as a Wound Care Nurse
. The qualified nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies and injuries, ensuring optimum patient care delivery. Additional responsibilities include providing education to prevent pressure ulcers and infections, and coordinating care with other health professionals. The role includes on‑call duties.
Assess and evaluate patients with wounds, colostomies, and injuries. Provide wound care education to prevent ulcers and infections. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary health teams. Participate in on‑call shifts.
Qualifications- Team player
- Wound Care Certified Nurse
- Tennessee LPN or RN License
- Licensed Practical Nurse (required)
