RN Supervisor
Tennessee State Veterans Home – Murfreesboro is currently looking for a RN Supervisor Full-Time/day shift for FRIDAY/SATURDAY/SUNDAY ONLY– 7a to 7p.
We are seeking a dedicated Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee and coordinate our nursing staff. The Supervisor RN will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality patient care, providing guidance and support to the nursing team, and maintaining compliance with all regulations and protocols.

Qualifications- Candidate must have a current & active RN License.
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare or nursing home setting with management and /or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning tasks and evaluating performance
- Ensure that all patient care plans are followed and that documentation is accurate and complete
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes
- Monitor inventory levels of medications and supplies, and reorder as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with all regulations
