Landscape Services, Inc. (LSI) is seeking team-oriented, motivated, and dependable employees who are looking to grow their career in the landscaping industry! LSI is a national award-winning, second-generation family-owned and operated grounds management firm headquartered in Nashville, TN since 1988.

• Supervising all maintenance care service activities of the crew – ensuring that all crew members have the required safety material, that the crews have the training and tools needed to complete the job and that the crews are operating safely at all times.
• Reviewing and managing time sheets.
• Completing a pre-trip inspection report weekly before dispatch at the beginning of the week.
• Coordinating with account managers, supervisors, customers and employees as needed.
• Using landscaping tools and operating heavy equipment as needed.
• Safely driving crews to and from jobs, adhering to Company’s safety policy and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
• Cutting lawns using various size power mowers.
• Trimming/edging along walkways, driveways and curves.
• Cleaning up areas after trimming using leaf blowers.
• Picking up trash on properties.
• Leaf removal.
• Assist with trimming bushes and clean up.

• At least 1 year of landscaping experience is preferred.
• Management experience is preferred.

• Must have at least 1 year or more of commercial landscape experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen & background check.
• Physical Requirements
  - Must be able to stand, walk, crawl, stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, and talk or hear. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
