2nd Shift (With flexibility to cover 1st/3rd as needed)(Training on 1st Shift)
$16–$19/hour + $2 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

We’re looking for a Quality Inspector to support inspection activities across raw materials, in?process assembly, and finished products. This role plays a key part in maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS) and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards.

• Perform in process and final inspections on machine and assembly operations
• Conduct first piece inspections for all production processes
• Identify defects and issue Non Conforming Reports (NCRs)
• Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
• Interface with management on production and quality issues
• Support ISO 9001 requirements and overall QMS initiatives
• Maintain hold areas, pull customer samples, and support housekeeping standards

• Experience in quality inspection or manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications, test plans, and drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Comfortable working on the production floor
• Willingness to work 2nd shift with flexibility when needed
