Experience is great, but not required—we can teach you everything you need.

Typical day may include opening or closing shifts. Opening shift activities include prep for lunch service, catering orders, food safety, and recipe accuracy. You may lead pre-shift briefings and help guests with Take-Out orders. In the PM, you may manage online orders, support in the dining room, and prepare for the next day.

• Serving guests and building meaningful connections
• Opening & closing tasks
• Being responsible for the restaurant when a manager isn’t on duty
• Setting the shift tone and giving clear, calm directions
• Mastering menu and product knowledge
• Supporting or working stations when needed (kitchen included)
• Prepping food and completing side work
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures
• Maintaining Health Department Standards
• Following Alcohol Handling policies and procedures
• Proper food handling and storage
• Maintaining hygiene, uniform, and appearance

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Prior food service experience preferred
• Leadership, guest service, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple tasks
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to policies
• Energetic, eager to learn, loves fresh food
• Flexible schedule; dependable and trustworthy
• Must have or obtain a Food Manager’s certification shortly after beginning employment

A typical work day at Taziki’s may include morning and evening shifts, weekends when applicable, and holidays (closed Thanksgiving & Christmas). Hours will vary by store.

• Morning shift: 7am – 4pm
• Evenings: 4pm – 10pm
• Weekends – when applicable

• Walking/standing for extended periods
• Reaching, bending, twisting
• Lifting/carrying up to 30 pounds
• Wiping
• Cooking
