What You'll Be Doing- Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
- Mentor and train a team of commissioned sales associates to improve customer experience and sales profitability.
- Ensure customers are provided the best service and are pleased with purchases and deliveries.
- Develop a high‑performing sales team by implementing individual and team goals to maximize potential.
- Coach each sales consultant to establish realistic sales goals and develop an action plan.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, inviting, well‑presented showroom.
- Participate in the sales process to enhance the customer shopping experience and educate associates.
- Maintain positive staff morale.
- Strong mentoring, coaching, and development skills to motivate teams and achieve results.
- Minimum of 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in the furniture industry with commissioned sales associates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel is necessary.
- Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Desire to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
