What You'll Be Doing
  • Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, including sales, customer service, and maintenance.
  • Mentor and train a team of commissioned sales associates to improve customer experience and sales profitability.
  • Ensure customers are provided the best service and are pleased with purchases and deliveries.
  • Develop a high‑performing sales team by implementing individual and team goals to maximize potential.
  • Coach each sales consultant to establish realistic sales goals and develop an action plan.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, inviting, well‑presented showroom.
  • Participate in the sales process to enhance the customer shopping experience and educate associates.
  • Maintain positive staff morale.
What We're Looking For
  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and development skills to motivate teams and achieve results.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail sales management experience, preferably in the furniture industry with commissioned sales associates.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Knowledge of computer programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel is necessary.
  • Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Desire to succeed in a sales‑driven environment.
