Responsibilities
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Always be appointment ready as our leads are often ready to look at homes right away
  • Attend team meetings at our Murfreesboro office to collaborate with your team
  • Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
  • Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
  • Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
Qualifications
  • A strong work ethic and solid morals
  • Adaptable personality and strong communication skills
  • The ability and perseverance to overcome obstacles
  • Integrity is Must for our agents!
  • A great attitude and love for life!
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
  • Show good organizational and time management skills
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
Compensation

$125,000+ at plan commission
