This isn’t a “cold-calling sales job” — it’s about creating a great first impression, guiding people through their first class, and helping them take the step toward a healthier lifestyle. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, and being part of something bigger, this role is for you.

• Greet and engage every guest with energy and positivity
• Guide new members through their first Orange theory experience
• Share membership options and help people choose what’s best for them
• Support trainers during classes and ensure the studio runs smoothly
• Represent OTF at community and outreach events
• Keep our studio clean, welcoming, and organized
