Corporate Sales Manager – Double Tree by Hilton Memphis

The Double Tree by Hilton Memphis is seeking an energetic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join our sales team. This position is responsible for achieving assigned sales activity and revenue goals through the development of Local Negotiated Accounts and Corporate Group business, while building strong relationships within the Memphis corporate community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively solicit, negotiate, and secure local negotiated corporate accounts and corporate group business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize account growth, retention, and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, site tours, and sales calls
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and rate agreements in accordance with brand and revenue strategies
  • Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate with hotel operations to ensure seamless execution of group programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account and activity records in the hotel’s sales system
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and local business functions as needed
  • Collaborate with revenue management and sales leadership to optimize pricing and demand strategies
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and local corporate demand generators
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in corporate transient and/or corporate group sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time‑management and follow‑up skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels
  • Experience with Hilton systems (OnQ, Delphi, or similar) preferred
  • Knowledge of the Memphis corporate market a plus
