Jensen Quality Homes is hiring experienced Construction Remodeling Specialists (Residential) to join our growing field operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled handymen or former independent contractors who want to focus on their craft without the stress of sales, scheduling, or paperwork. As a Construction Remodeling Specialist, you will perform a wide variety of repair and remodeling tasks on residential properties across Middle Tennessee, from framing and drywall to light plumbing and electrical.

• Perform residential remodeling work, including framing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry.
• Light plumbing (fixture installation, minor repairs).
• Light electrical work (installing outlets, lights, switches).
• Flooring, painting, roofing, and general handyman tasks.
• Conduct property assessments to identify repair needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure jobs are completed on time and on budget.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization on job sites.
• Maintain and organize tools, trailers, and equipment.
• Occasionally assist with light maintenance at the office.
• Stay adaptable to evolving company needs as the business grows.

• 5 years of experience in residential remodeling or handyman work preferred.
• Broad skill set including carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, plumbing, and electrical.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and the ability to work independently.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to high‑quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license required (company vehicle provided).
• No formal education or certifications required.

Full‑time – Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime as needed.
