Maintenance Supervisor – Condos at the Villager & Hunter's Court Townhomes

32 Hours Weekly | HVAC Certification Required | On-Call

We’re seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor for our 94‑door communities at Condos at the Villager and Hunter’s Court Townhomes. This role requires hands‑on experience in multifamily maintenance, strong HVAC expertise, and a commitment to providing outstanding service to residents.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
• Strong HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
• Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
• Ability to respond to after‑hours calls
• Reliable transportation and basic tools
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions

• Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Ensure a safe, clean work environment following all safety standards
• Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make‑readies
• Manage after‑hours repair calls promptly
• Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds team members
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
• Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget
• Supervise vendors and in‑house staff, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
