We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our shop team. This role is a great opportunity to grow a career in welding, fabrication, and construction with training and steady hours. You'll support our fabrication and field installation crews by assisting with welding, material handling, equipment setup, and general project tasks. We'll provide development and training for motivated candidates who are eager to learn and grow with us.

• Complete fabrication, welding prep, and installation projects.
• Help load, unload, and secure equipment and materials.
• Operate hand and power tools safely (cordless only).
• Set up and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist in day-to-day project tasks.
• Read basic drawings and follow project instructions.

• Full-time
• Shifts:
  
  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday to Friday
• Periodic local travel required

• Reliable transportation to commute to our Murfreesboro shop
• Valid driver's license (MVR required). – CDL holders eligible for higher pay.
• Ability to safely work with tools and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work at heights, outdoors, and in varying conditions.
• Must provide basic hand tools (suggested list provided upon hire).
