This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation. We provide financial assistance for relocation.

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to ensure our kitchens and bakeries operate efficiently. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration, and HVAC systems across our campus.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment
• Install and calibrate kitchen ventilation and appliances
• Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections
• Ensure compliance with safety standards
• Utilize diagnostic tools and hand/power tools for repairs

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Ovens, fryers, steam kettles
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop units
• Sanitation:
  Dishwashers, sanitation systems

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 Certification
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Willing to relocate to Madison, WI
• COVID-19 vaccination
• At least 3 years’ experience in:
• Commercial kitchen equipment repair
• Refrigeration system service
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Gas-fired equipment and piping
