Your Day‑to‑Day ResponsibilitiesAs a Commercial Roofing Team Member, you start your day by meeting with your crew, reviewing the day's plan, and loading materials for the jobsite. You help install, repair, and maintain flat and low‑sloped commercial roofing systems, working with sheet metal and TPO under guidance of experienced roofers. Throughout the day, you carry and stage materials, operate hand tools, and help keep the jobsite clean and organized.
You learn to read basic blueprints, follow project specifications, and apply sealants, fasteners, and flashing to ensure each roof is watertight and built to last. You also support team safety efforts and contribute to a professional, safety‑focused work environment.
You’ll work primarily day shifts, with occasional evening, night, overtime, and weekend work as needed. The role offers steady, full‑time, year‑round work with consistent hours.
