Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems, including water heaters, fixtures, water lines, drains, and sewage systems.
Perform plumbing rough-ins and finish work for remodels and new construction projects.
Conduct leak detection, pipe inspections, and system troubleshooting using modern tools and technology.
Provide drain cleaning and sewer line service, including camera inspections and hydro jetting.
Clearly communicate with customers about plumbing issues, service recommendations, and repair options.
Complete work orders, invoices, and job notes accurately using Armor Air's mobile service software.
Maintain a clean work area, service vehicle, and jobsite at all times.
Participate in rotating on-call shifts and emergency service availability.

Qualifications:

2+ years of plumbing experience in residential or light commercial environments (required).
Valid plumbing license or apprentice card for Tennessee (or ability to obtain).
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills with attention to detail and workmanship.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight spaces, crawlspaces, and attics.
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude.
Comfort using mobile apps and service dispatch software.
Preferred:
Experience in water heater installs (tank and tankless), sewer repairs, or trenchless systems.

Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Rate : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (depending on experience and licensing).
