A growing mobile fleet maintenance and repair company in Murfreesboro, TN is hiring a Mobile Lube & Repair Technician for on-site preventive maintenance and light-to-intermediate repairs. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with oil services, vehicle inspections, common repairs, and diagnostics. Duties & Responsibilities Perform oil changes, preventive maintenance, fluid services, and related maintenance at customer locations.
Inspect vehicles, identify repair needs, and diagnose common mechanical concerns.
Complete light-to-intermediate repairs including brakes, batteries, filters, belts, and hoses.
Report to the Murfreesboro hub daily to stock and prepare the assigned service truck.
Accurately document inspections, maintenance services, repairs, and identified vehicle concerns.
Communicate professionally with customers and office staff while keeping the service truck, tools, and equipment organized. Requirements
Required:
Hands-on experience performing vehicle maintenance and light-to-intermediate mechanical repairs.
Ability to diagnose common vehicle concerns and identify needed repairs during inspections.
Experience servicing brakes, batteries, filters, belts, hoses, fluids, and related vehicle components.
Valid driver’s license.
Able to work independently at customer locations while staying organized and on schedule.
Dependable and professional with strong customer and team communication skills.
Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
Flexible availability for early starts, occasional longer days, and overtime when needed. #FJ1 Compensation:$19.00 – $27.00/hour to start, based on experience, certifications, and training
