Doors of Hope in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a compassionate Case Manager to support women navigating mental health and substance use challenges as they reintegrate into the community.
You will assess needs, develop care plans, and connect clients with housing, identification, employment resources, and legal supports, all while maintaining confidentiality and following trauma-informed practices within a 36-hour, four-day work week.
