Fitness Ventures, LLC (Crunch Fitness) is looking for a Group Fitness Instructor (GFI) to lead members in a group environment through safe and effective fitness classes. The GFI will teach exciting and challenging Group Fitness classes for members and guests, exhibiting a passion for class-based training and maintaining high energy for attendees.

Location:

Murfreesboro, TN Salary: $25.00‑$65.00

• Instruct a variety of group exercise classes.
• Maintain knowledge of fitness equipment and exercises.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow instructor sign‑in/sign‑out procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of training rooms.
• Follow all policies, procedures and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Maintain professional disposition.
• Build supportive and motivating rapport with members and guests.
• Promote other group fitness classes and personal training programs.
• Attend required club/team meetings.
• Execute other duties as assigned.

• Experience teaching exercise classes for clients of all levels.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong member service skills.
• Good verbal communication.
• Nationally accredited aerobic certification (AFAA, ACE or NASM preferred); valid Yoga or Pilates certifications acceptable.

• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States pursuant to state and federal requirements and maintain eligibility to work in the U.S. throughout employment. If eligibility changes, applicants must notify and provide proof.
