Delivery Driver

We are looking for a Delivery Driver for our facility. In this role you will be responsible for operating company vans and/or delivery vehicles and for the pickup and delivery of coated products to and from the Coating Center to the Customer. This position requires the Delivery Driver to load and unload materials, goods, equipment between various destinations as assigned. The Delivery Driver also prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pickup of goods to ensure timely and accurate transportation.

May be responsible for vehicle maintenance and presentation. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines and procedures to perform the functions of the job.

• Demonstrate safe driving habits and patience.
• Provide exceptional, timely customer deliveries.
• Handle customer tooling with the utmost care.
• Act as liaison to Center Management with regards to customers needs, observations, and competitive climate.
• Maintain delivery vehicle.
• Ensure all registrations, license plates and insurance are up to date.
• Follow the Fleet Management requirements as defined in the company policy.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Education:
  
  high school or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  customer service experience a plus.
• Skills:
  
  Organized, efficient and safe driving habits.
• Driver must be able to adjust to climate conditions as they change.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
