NIS EXPRESS offers a trainee-to-driver path for new CDL graduates in Middle Tennessee. You’ll earn while you learn with training pay and then advance to full solo pay after completing training. You’ll haul temperature-controlled freight with steady miles and be home every two weeks.
No unloading is required and you’ll receive benefits after 30 days, plus a 401(k) match and PTO. Orientation is paid and riders/pets are allowed after training.
