Die Gemeinde Muri bei Bern bietet eine dreijährige Ausbildung zur Kaufmannin bzw. zum Kaufmann EFZ in der Verwaltung an. Auszubildende arbeiten in verschiedenen Abteilungen und gewinnen Einblicke in zentrale Verwaltungsprozesse rund um Einwohnerdaten, Baugesuche und Sozialleistungen.
Sie unterstützen bei administrativen Abläufen, Lernenden wird eine praxisnahe Begleitung durch erfahrene Mitarbeitende geboten und der Kontakt zu Bürgerinnen und Bürgern wird aktiv geübt.
