This is a licensed position requiring a Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.

Our Customer Service professionals are responsible for delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction with every interaction.

Responsibilities include answering customer questions, processing payments and policy changes, performing policy reviews, and identifying additional customer needs.

Job Requirements:

• Must have Texas General Lines Property & Casualty Insurance license.
• 1+ years of insurance customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up.
• Exceed client expectations through excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
• Experience with Allstate and binding authority is advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily policy service transactions.
• Promptly answer customer calls, emails, and texts in a friendly manner.
• Use each contact as an opportunity to cross-sell and up-sell insurance and financial products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
