The Honey Baked Ham Company continues to thrive as a family‑owned business with over 425 retail locations. As Store Supervisor, you will support all aspects of store operations, ensuring customers receive excellent service and our product quality remains high. This full‑time, benefits‑eligible position offers a casual environment and strong work/life balance. Store hours are Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM.

• Manage store operations as assigned by the Manager and assume full operational control in the Manager’s absence.
• Assist in hiring, training, and development of all associates, ensuring expectations for each position are met.
• Work and train effectively in all front‑ and back‑of‑house roles.
• Perform administrative functions such as banking and scheduling.
• Coach associates using Huddles, observation checklists, and Ham evaluations.
• Execute opening/closing procedures and generate daily/weekly reports.
• Manage labor and adjust staffing based on business demands.
• Monitor production and sales efficiencies (wait times, yields, product quality).
• Enforce sanitation procedures and proper use of equipment.
• Ensure FIFO rotation of all product in FOH and BOH.
• Handle customer complaints to achieve 100 % satisfaction per company policy.
• Participate in catering and gifting sales and fulfillment for B2B and catering processes.
• Lead merchandising transitions from promotion to promotion and manage holiday/non‑holiday set‑ups.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
• 2+ years of restaurant or service‑industry experience; prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of production‑facility operations (1–2 years experience equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for catering deliveries.
